For the puff pastry croissants with salmon, first wash the dill, dry well and chop finely. Cut the salmon into very small pieces as well. Mix with the remaining ingredients.

Whisk the eggs to coat.

Spread out the puff pastry. Cut lengthwise into three strips. Cut triangles out of them. Brush with the beaten eggs. Spread the salmon mixture on the wide end of each. Roll the triangles into croissants. Brush with egg on the outside as well.

Place the puff pastry croissants with salmon on the (greased) griddle and bake in the Philips Airfryer at 160 °C for about 20 minutes.
