Heat sesame oil in a pan, add tender mixture still frozen and fry until hot. Season with salt, pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce and chopped coriander. Wash iceberg lettuce, cut into fine strips and mix into the vegetables (do not roast anymore). Remove pan from heat.Brush one spring roll sheet with egg and place a second one on top. Place vegetable mixture on top, fold in side edges, brush with egg and roll up. Place the rolls on a baking tray covered with baking paper, brush with egg and bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C (hot air) for about 15 minutes until golden. In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the sesame sauce and garnish with black sesame seeds. Remove the spring rolls from the oven, cut in half and serve with the sesame sauce.
