Instructions:

For minced loaf with tomatoes and olives, soak the bread, squeeze it out, mix with the minced meat, egg, mustard and diced shallots. Peel and finely dice the garlic and knead into the mixture. Season well with salt, pepper, marjoram and thyme.

Shape the mixture into loaves of equal size. (It is better to have several small loaves than a few large ones).

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the baking insert of the Philips Airfryer and fry the mince patties for 5 minutes at 180 °C in oil.

Wash the spring onion, peel the shallot and cut both into fine rings. Add the cherry tomatoes, chili powder, strained tomatoes and soup to the minced meat together with the spring onion, olives and shallot.

Cook everything together at 180 °C for 12-15 minutes. Finally, season the minced meatballs with tomatoes and olives with salt, pepper and chopped oregano.
