For the wild garlic soup, remove the wild garlic stalks, wash and finely chop. Peel and chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan.
Bring water to a boil and prepare vegetable stock. Add whipping cream and bring to a boil again.
Add wild garlic, onion and garlic to soup, remove from heat and puree.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and serve the wild garlic soup immediately.
