Remove the leaves from the wild garlic stalks. Wash the leaves, drain and chop finely.

Heat the vegetable stock or beef broth in a pot. Add whipping cream and bring to the boil again briefly.

Stir in the wild garlic and blend in a food processor or with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pour into a hot rinsed soup cup and serve.
