For the horseradish tomato curd, mix curd, milk, horseradish, salt, pepper and sugar. Wash the tomatoes and cut off a lid at the top.
Scoop out tomatoes with a small spoon and season inside with a little salt. Pour the horseradish into the tomatoes and replace the lid. Add dill in small bunches as garnish to the horseradish-tomato-pot.
