Boil tap water and coconut milk, simmer gently for 3 min, mix with spices, bouillon, peel, add mushrooms. Boil 1500 cmin. with closed lid on low flame, then add carrots and peas. After 3 minutes remove from the heat and put on the table garnished with basil and spring onions.
