For the vegetable stew with sausages, wash the vegetables thoroughly, peel, cut into small cubes and set aside.
Heat some butter in a large pot, sweat the onion until translucent and dust with flour. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Then crumble in the bouillon cube and reduce the heat. Add the vegetables according to different cooking times.
Once the vegetables are soft, use a slotted ladle to remove a ladleful of the vegetables from the pot and puree the rest of the stew with a blender.
Add the chopped frankfurters and the previously removed vegetables to the stew, season with salt and pepper and allow the vegetable stew with sausages to infuse briefly before serving.
