Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
1. make the penne “al dente”, drain, rinse thoroughly klat and drain well.
2. peel the onions and cut them roughly into cubes.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and the peppers into thin slices.
Make a dressing with clear soup, vinegar, mustard and oil. 6.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar. 7.
7. cut the washed thyme.
8. mix feta cheese, pasta, cucumber, peppers, onions and olives in a large baking bowl.
9. fold in thyme and dressing.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
