For the blackberry yogurt dish, soak the gelatin in cold water.

Carefully rinse the blackberries and pat dry. Set aside a few berries for the garnish, puree the remaining fruit. Mix yogurt, sugar and vanilla pulp with the fruit puree.

Squeeze gelatin and warm in a small saucepan until it dissolves, then stir into the yogurt cream.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold in as well.

Portion blackberry yogurt dessert and refrigerate. Serve decorated with blackberries and walnut kernels.
