For the zucchini pancakes grate the zucchini, salt and let stand a little (5-10 minutes).
Squeeze the zucchini and mix with the flour, breadcrumbs, sour cream and egg, season with pepper and garlic.
Heat some oil in a pan and spoon the mixture into the hot fat. Flatten and fry the zucchini pancakes until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes on each side).
