Rinse all the kitchen herbs thoroughly, dab them dry and chop them very finely. Chop the eggs as well. Make a marinade with salt, vinegar and oil and mix with herbs and eggs.

Delicious with cold baked potatoes, roast meat, ox meat or fish.

Replace part of the oil with yogurt.
