For the winter cardamom cinnamon latte, first chill the coconut milk overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, remove the coconut milk from the refrigerator, add the hardened coconut cream from the can and carefully, without mixing it with the liquid, pour it into a chilled bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until creamy.
Place the cardamom pods and cinnamon sticks in a large cup and pour the freshly brewed coffee over them.
Warm the milk on the stove on low heat.
Strain out the cardamom pods and the cinnamon, divide the coffee between two cups and then mix with the hot milk.
Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut cream into each cup and sprinkle the winter cardamom cinnamon latte with cinnamon.
