For the zucchini and green beans with yellow chili ketchup, add green beans to plenty of water with a little salt and cook for about 10 – 15 minutes until soft.

Peel and chop the onion, sauté in oil. Remove the green stalks from the French beans, cut into quarters and add to the onions, bring to the boil and cook briefly.

Then mince and cut the habanero into tiny pieces. Cut zucchini into slices and fry quickly in hot butter in a pan.

Drain the fried green beans and arrange on a plate with the fried zucchini, top with yellow ketchup and sprinkle with the chili cubes, salt, pepper and add the Parmesan cheese.

Serve the zucchini and fisole vegetables with yellow chili ketchup.
