Instructions:

Put all the ingredients for the dough in a wide bowl and mix with a mixer or food processor for 5 minutes to make a smooth yeast dough. Cover and let rise for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.

Knead the dough again, roll out 1/2 cm thick oval, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Roast bacon cubes and nuts without fat in a frying pan on 2 or possibly automatic heat 8 to 9, remove. Heat oil in the same frying pan. Add onions cut into fine rings, sauté until just soft.

Spread sour cream or crème fraiche evenly on the dough, add nuts, onions, bacon, and plucked thyme leaves, bake. Serve warm to the table.
