Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Add the butter in flakes. Now grate everything together between your fingers until crumbly. Mix egg yolk and water, add and knead the ingredients to a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

Roll out the dough into a round on the floured surface. Spread it on the baking sheet. Prick the bottom regularly with a fork. Refrigerate.

For the filling, place the onions in a plastic bag and crumble finely with a rolling pin. Spread evenly on the pastry base. Rinse the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds with a pointed knife. Remove the skin from the apples and pears, cut them into quarters, remove the core and dice the fruit. Immediately mix with the juice of one lemon. Mix all fruits and spread evenly on the dough base. Beat eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and cornflour until smooth. Spread evenly over the fruit in the pan. Put the cake on the lowest shelf of the oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
