A cake recipe for all foodies:
(*) For a cake springform pan of 22 cm ø.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cover the bottom of the cake pan with parchment paper. Grease and flour the inside.
Remove the stones from the dates and chop them together with the almond kernels. Beat eggs with sugar until creamy. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add dates and almond kernels (chopped and ground). Mix all ingredients well and pour into the pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool and remove from the pan.
Whip the cream until stiff and spread it all over the surface of the cake. Serve immediately.
