Cut the mozzarella into sticks of the same size (1 cm edge length). Roll the sticks in flour, then turn them in egg and breadcrumbs on the other side. Bake in the deep fryer at 170 °C until golden brown. Pour the dressing over the cleaned lettuce and arrange on a plate. Put on the baked mozzarella sticks and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

Balsamic dressing 50 g Dijon mustard 50 g white balsamic vinegar 50 g sherry vinegar 250 g nut oil 150 g canola oil Pepper & salt Sugar Mix the Dijon mustard, white balsamic vinegar, sherry vinegar and the spices well with a hand blender. While stirring continuously, add the nut and canola oil to the vinegar mixture.
