For the chocolate berry slice, melt the chocolate, butter and raw cane sugar over steam and mix until smooth. Stir in the nuts mixed with baking powder and pudding mix.
Lastly, add the eggs and mix until smooth. Pour the dough into a greased and rolled out baking pan, sprinkle the berries on top and press a little into the dough.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Bake the cake in a combi steam oven at 160 degrees Celsius plus 30% humidity for about 25 minutes.
