For the wholemeal pizza dough, sift the flour into a bowl. Mix well the lukewarm water with sugar, salt, yeast and oil, pour over the flour and knead into a smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and top as desired.
Bake the topped pizza at 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
