Tandoori Masala*:


For the spice mixture: roast seeds and chili peppers in a frying pan until fragrant, grind everything together finely (electric grinder) and keep in a dark jar with screw cap. It is always better to cook fresh.

For the tandoori marinade, mix all the ingredients in a baking bowl.
