Spread vegetables evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle oil over them, season with salt.
Roast: ten min in the middle of the oven heated to 220 °C. Take out.
Rinse whitefish, dry with kitchen roll, score diagonally a few times on both sides, season inside and out.
Shape the fennel cabbage into the fish, place them on the vegetables, brush with oil.
Ready roast: about ten minutes in the upper half of the oven.
