For golden pasta, do not make the dough too firm! After rising, press the dough onto the pasta board (2-3 cm high).

Now, using a cookie cutter, cut out dumplings and turn them a little in melted butter. Then place in a mold and sprinkle in between always with ground nuts and sugar.

Now let the dough rise again (about 10-15 minutes) and then bake at 170 °C.

Serve golden noodles with applesauce.
