A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Prepare a kneaded dough from flour, curd and butter and chill for at least 2 hours.
Divide dough in half and roll out each 1/2 cm thick. Season the sausage mixture with salt and freshly ground pepper, spread it evenly on the pastry sheets, leaving a margin of about 1 cm. Roll up the dough sheets, wrap in foil and freeze in the freezer for about 60 minutes to make it easier to cut. Cut the rolls into 1 cm thick slices, place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and put them in the preheated oven.
