Instructions:

1 Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease 2 baking trays or cover with parchment paper. 2.

Cream the butter until creamy. Add sugar and eggs and mix well. Fold in the vanilla.

Mix the flour with the almond kernels, cinnamon and baking powder and gradually fold into the vanilla cream.

Use a teaspoon to place small heaps of cookies about 3 cm apart on the baking sheets. Bake the cookies in the oven (center, gas 3-4, convection oven 180 °C) for about 10 minutes until golden brown. 5.

Remove the cookies from the oven, remove from the tray while still warm and cool on a cooling rack.
