Bean Sauce with Whole Wheat Pasta

Try this delicious pasta dish:

Soak the beans in cold water for one night. Cook until very soft with a small piece of chili pepper. Remove the chili pepper, drain the beans, reserving the water.

Heat the olive oil, sauté the beans and honey without color, add a little bit of bean water. Add butter, salt, black pepper and maybe Tabasco. Whisk well with a hand mixer and pour in the remaining water until the desired consistency is reached. Do not add the juice of one lemon until the sauce is used.

Make the pasta al dente and arrange on plates together with the sauce.

Serve with a radiccio leaf salad with parsley, chives, radishes, olive oil, lemon (instead of vinegar) and honey.
