For the mashed potatoes, peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water until soft. Drain potato, season with salt and nutmeg.

Add butter, crème fraîche and cream and mix everything well with a blender until you get a fine cream.

Fold the chives into the mashed potatoes and serve immediately as a garnish.
