Cream Mushrooms and Mushroom Noodles

Instructions:

A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the shallots until translucent. Add the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the mushrooms to the frying pan and sauté heartily. Remove the mushrooms and keep warm. Extinguish the frying pan with a little bit of clear soup, let the residue melt well, fill up with the whipped cream and boil the whipped cream.

Add the mushrooms to the reduced sauce form, together with the chopped leaf parsley, the tomatoes and the cooked pasta (see below). Season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper, mix well.

Mushroom pasta:

Prepare flour, semolina, oil, salt and the yolks in the pasta machine to a smooth dough.

Add the mushroom flour and the finely chopped parsley to the pasta dough form and knead well again.

Take out the dough, form a smooth ball with your hands and let it rest wrapped in plastic wrap for about One hour.

Cut a piece of the dough into small pieces, flatten it and roll it out thinly using the pasta machine. Now cut into the desired maizena (cornstarch) with the appropriate rollers, make in enough salted water.
