A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Prepare the tortellini normally in salted water, as indicated on the package, and then spread them evenly in the gratin dish.
In the meantime, fry the minced meat with the chopped onions. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté.
Mix the Napoli sauce with cold water and pour it over the minced meat. Add the two cups of whipped cream and simmer a little.
Finally, sprinkle some grated Gouda (as desired, but preferably enough) over the whole, put the whole amount in the gratin dish over the tortellini and then put the whole in the oven at 200-225 °C for about 20 minutes.
