Egg white : 30 gram

Cut a lid from the onion into small pieces. Hollow out the inside of the onion. Cut lid and onion flesh into cubes. Make the onion in salted water for about 15 min.

Heat oil. Fry onion cubes and minced meat. Rinse parsley, chop. Mix with a little hominy under the mince. Fill into the onion.

Bring clear soup and remaining hominy to a boil. Put the onion into the clear soup and simmer everything together for about 10 minutes at low temperature with the lid closed. Bind the clear soup with a little bit of Diät-Bindefix.
