For the chocolate liqueur cake, whisk sugar, yolks, liqueur and oil until well fluffy. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm. Mix flour, baking powder and chocolate chips and stir into the batter alternately with the snow.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake the chocolate liqueur cake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 1 hour.
