For the shortcrust apple slices, quickly knead the ingredients into a dough and let rest in a cool place for min. 1/2 hour. Peel apples and cut finely.
Now roll out half of the dough to the size of a baking tray and place on the baking tray (best with a rolling pin). Spread the apples on the dough, sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and raisins on top.
Roll out the remaining dough and place it on top. You can brush the whole thing with yolk, then the finished cake will shine. Bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
