For the summer cake, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla sugar until fluffy, mix flour with baking powder and stir in alternately with the liquid.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread dough and top with fruit. Mix butter, sugar, flour, almonds with the kneading chopper to make crumbles and spread over the cake.
Bake at 180 °C for approx. 35 minutes until the crumble is nice and crunchy!
