Rinse the chive blossoms, fill them into a large jar with a screw cap or a canning jar and pour four cups of table cider vinegar over them. Leave to infuse for about two weeks. Later, drain the flowers.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
