Peel mango, cut flesh from stone and puree. Mix chili salt, pepper, honey, mango puree and vinegar. Then add the oil.

If you like, you can puree only half of the mango and add the rest in small cubes. Season to taste.

Wash the salad, spin dry and arrange in a bowl with the dressing.
