Instructions:

Wash the anchovies, but do not gut them. Sprinkle with lemon juice, lightly salt and coat in flour. Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a pot. Knock off excess flour and fry the anchovies in the hot oil until they float. Lift out, drain on paper towels and serve with the lemon cut into wedges.
