A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

Toast whole wheat toast, remove crust, butter and cut out.

Cut beef very finely into cubes with a kitchen knife and season with salt, pepper and cayenne. Place a suitable ring on the bread.

Pour in tartar and finish with a thin layer of caviar. In a non-stick frying pan, finish frying the quail eggs as a fried egg. Meanwhile, cut the green asparagus spears into very thin slices. Place on top of caviar and finish with quail egg.
