For the sesame meatballs:
Prepare mince with KNORR Base for Mince according to package directions. Peel the carrot. Roughly grate carrot and zucchini and squeeze well. Mix vegetables and parsley well with the mince.
Prepare KNORR Feinschmecker Kräuter Rahm Sauce according to instructions. Form 12 equal-sized balls from the mixture and coat them in flour, eggs and sesame seeds. Heat plenty of oil, put meatballs in and bake until golden brown.
Lift out the sesame meatballs, drain well and serve with the cheese sauce.
