Instructions:

For the non-alcoholic melon punch, cut the top off the watermelon jaggedly. Remove the flesh with a baller and place in an extra glass bowl.

Pour the syrup (2x) over it and let it infuse briefly. Pour everything into the hollowed melon and top up with mineral water and garnish with lemon balm.

Add ice cubes just before serving and enjoy!
