For the chicken with sesame and red peppers, grind all the ingredients (except for a piece of bell pepper and the chicken thighs) in a blender and mix until a sauce is formed.

Marinate the chicken pieces in it for at least 2 hours. Cut the remaining two peppers into strips and put them together with the chicken pieces in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C top and bottom heat.

When serving, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve the chicken with sesame seeds and red peppers.
