For the slimming cake, cream butter with sugar and yolks, stir in lemon zest, almonds, apples and potatoes.

Sift baking powder with flour and fold in alternately with stiff peaks and cream. Line the loaf pan with foil, pour in the cake mixture and bake in the oven at rising heat to 180 degrees until golden brown.

Turn out the cake and sugar it.
