Sauté the onion in the oil. Add the meat and brown well. Sprinkle hot paprika powder and a moment in the hot fat to develop its aroma. Caution. If paprika powder is heated too long, it becomes bitter. Extinguish with half of the beef broth and steam for 1/2 hour with the saucepan closed. Add long grain rice and gradually add remaining beef broth. After 18 min the long grain rice is cooked. Mix in the butter and the Parmesan cheese.
