Zucchini Stuffed with Feta Cheese

Cut zucchini in half, scrape out the insides. Brush feta cheese through a sieve, mix with diced onions, egg, season strongly with paprika, salt and freshly ground pepper, fill in the zucchini.

Put salami slices and sliced tomatoes on top. Season with salt, pepper and oregano, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 min.

Serve with chili sauce.


Tip: Zucchini is a type of squash and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
