For the lime coconut confection, rinse the lime with hot water and rub dry. Grate 1 tsp. zest and squeeze out 1 tbsp. juice. Chop the candied lemon very finely. Knead the marzipan paste well with the powdered sugar. Now knead in the lime zest and juice, pieces of candied lemon peel and half of the coconut. Form balls from the mixture and roll in the remaining coconut. Refrigerate the lime marzipan confection.
