Stir the double cream cream cheese with the sour whipped cream and the chives cut into fine rolls. Season strongly with the juice of one lemon, salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve the muffins with the dip and the salmon (preferably still warm).

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
