We would like to particularly recommend this delicious dessert from France.

Drain the pears. Divide evenly among 6 glass plates. Crumble chocolate, mix with water. Let it melt in the water. Remove from heat. Mix in butter and egg yolks. Fold in whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread evenly over pears, Serve immediately.
