Specialties from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Liver rinse, remove veins and skin, coarsely cut and together with the bacon, onion and white bread twice through the meat grinder. Knead together with semolina, eggs and spices. If the mixture is too thin, add a little breadcrumbs. Shape the dumplings and cook in low boiling water for about 15 minutes.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
