1. rinse the ready-to-cook pork tenderloin, dry it and cut it into strips or cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the meat in it, remove it, season with salt and pepper and keep it warm.

Remove the peel from the onion, chop finely, add to the frying fat and sweat until translucent.

4. clean the mushrooms, rinse, cut into slices, sprinkle with juice of one lemon, add to the onion and sweat briefly.

5. extinguish with white wine, fill up with the light sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes on low heat.

Season the sauce with pepper, salt, Worcester sauce and the juice of one lemon, and add a little whipped cream to taste.

Fill the meat into the sauce, heat it up again, but do not let it bubble up any more, offer it decoratively and put it on the table sprinkled with the selected, washed and freshly chopped herbs.
