Rinse and fillet plaice, sprinkle with juice of one lemon, season with salt, roll up, pin with small toothpicks.

Finely dice the onion. Heat 10 g fat in a saucepan on 2 or automatic heat 4-6, sauté half of the onion until translucent. Add wine and bring to a boil. Add the fish rolls one after the other. Cover and bring to boil, turn off heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove plaice rolls, keep warm. Pour whipped cream into wine broth and boil for about 10 min. Stir egg yolks with 2 tbsp of cream sauce, then add to the no longer boiling sauce form. Fold in diced salmon and chopped dill. Serve plaice rolls with salmon cream.
