With about 400 g of flour, 20 g of yeast and 200 g of milk make dampfl (breiaehnlich), stand about 20 minutes. Then add the rest and the squeezed potatoes. Knead well, let stand for about 30-40min.
With moistened hands “pinch off” 80 to 100 g pieces in give and bake in 180 °C hot oil to the end.
The finished langos as desired with garlic sauce, herb sauce (for brave with vanilla pudding Mhhh), cheese or fried onions.
Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
